have a heart condition, irregular heartbeat, high or low blood pressure, or have experienced a serious cardiac event in the past;

have a history of seizures or fainting, or any diagnosed neurological condition;

have had neck surgery, a serious head injury, or have unusual neck anatomy;

have any active electronic implant (such as a pacemaker), or any metal implant, surgical hardware, or stent in or near the neck;

are pregnant, undergoing cancer treatment, or have broken, irritated, or damaged skin on the neck.
This product is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
